Founded in 1940, Bodegas y Viñedos Ilurce is a family winery in the town of Alfaro (La Rioja). Our activity ranges from cultivating grapes through to transforming them into wine, and the ageing, bottling and marketing of the end product.
Our wines are taking off both nationally and internationally, with America taking the plaudits as our primary market. In 2010 we built and moved to a new facility in order to expand.

CRITERIA
The person selected will be responsible for performing the tasks of the position, such as:

Analytical control of the wines.

Monitoring of ripening grapes
-
Monitoring and control of the winemaking stages.
Desired skills and knowledge: Have completed Laboratory Technician studies, at least, or higher studies in Chemistry, Agricultural Engineering, Oenology or similar.
Previous experience, especially in the winery laboratory, in the implementation of HACCP and residing near Alfaro will be positively valued.
