El presente texto regula las condiciones de compra de productos en, registered in the Logroño Trade Registry in Volume 704; page 1 sheet number LO13017, whose registered office is at Avda. de Logroño, 7 26.540 ALFARO (LA RIOJA).

The use of website services, as well as the purchase of any of the products that appear therein, implies the user accepts these terms. Registration on the site and use of the services implies that your data as a user will become part of the files of BODEGAS Y VIÑEDOS ILURCE, and will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Policy, which the user expressly declares they know and accept.

Children under the age of 18 are not authorised to make purchases of our products, with or without the consent of their parents or guardians.

The prices that appear on the website include the VAT in force at all times (right now 21% for wine).

Orders must be processed through the website, where before finalising the purchase the user will be informed of the exact total of the order, with shipping costs broken down, if present.

Deliveries will be made to the delivery address provided by the user.

Delivery times will be around 48-72 hours, which may be extended in case of re-shipments, municipalities that are difficult to access or causes of force majeure, such as adverse weather conditions, etc., outside the control of the transport company.

When the order reaches the customer, they must ensure that the package or packages arrive in perfect condition and have not suffered damage during transport. If, on the contrary, damage can be seen at first sight, the customer must state their observations on the courier’s delivery note and notify the winery of what has happened.

If this problem occurs (damage in transit), the winery assumes the cost of collection and subsequent shipment of a replacement for the product purchased.

There is the option to withdrawal from the purchase. The customer may return the purchased product within 10 calendar days from receipt thereof. The only expense incurred in the return is the shipment of the product to the winery, which must be paid by the customer, in the same packaging in which the product was received.

The buyer must state their intention to return the order within the indicated period. To do this, the user may send an email to including their name and address, and order number. The buyer can also contact us by phone on 941 180 829 in order to expedite the process of returning the corresponding amounts.

Once the product has been received in the winery and its correct condition verified, BODEGAS Y VIÑEDOS ILURCE will return the amount paid to the customer within a maximum of 10 calendar days. The customer must provide an account number to which to make the appropriate transfer.

Any returned product that is not received in perfect condition and/or in its original packaging will not be accepted.
